PAYMENTS:
Orders are secure while using our online shopping cart. We accept PayPal & Credit Card payments. If you’re paying thru PayPal by e-check there will be a 5-7 day waiting period for your e-check payment to clear before we ship your item(s).
SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP:
Here at Jayla’s Bowtique we have a flat shipping rate of $3.95*(*increased as of 1/2013). We ship all of our orders via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail and shipping can take up to 2-5 business days. If you need your items faster we can express mail your order for an additional $15.00*.(*Not available on all items) Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you with your tracking number. You can also check the status of your order, here on our website, under “Order Tracking”.
*Orders will only ship to the address on your Credit Card or PayPal account unless we have been contacted directly via email indicating any changes. WE WILL ONLY SHIP WITH IN THE UNITED STATES, all other sales will be refused & refunded.
* Local Pickup is only available for items that are marked "Local Pickup". Please note that the availabilty & inventory of items on our website may be different then that in our physical store.
ORDER PROCESSING:
We ship most in stock item orders within 72 hours of order placement (not counting holidays and weekends). Any orders placed after Noon on Friday are considered a Monday order. Every effort will be made to process your order as soon as possible. Special Order items or items not currently instock can take up to 3 weeks to make & process. Refunds will be issued for items that become unavailable. Please note availability comments in each items description for further information when ordering.
RETURN POLICY:
All sales are Final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part.
NON SLIP GRIP:
A Non Slip Grip can be added to any bow or hair clip. The NSG helps the bows to stay in fine hair. If there is no selection for it, just write it in the comment section when checking out.
SAFETY DISCLOSURE:
Although our products are made with the highest quality of supplies, and with the most durable of adhesives, I highly recommend supervision on all children 3 and under while wearing our products. Many of our products contain small parts and can pose as a choking hazard.

Computer resolutions may vary, causing bow, ribbon & fabric colors/prints to appear different in person.
