RETURN Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so returns and exchanges meeting the conditions below will be accepted.

Jayla's Bowtique gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Jayla's Bowtique E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped. 

  • Items can be returned within 30 days from of the date your order shipped for a Store Credit to be used on a future purchase in the form of a Jayla's Bowtique e-gift card. 

  • Please note that we cannot process direct exchanges for another size or item, however, we can offer you a store credit so you can purchase the size you want.

  • Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care at HELLO@JAYLASBOWTIQUE.com within 3 DAYS of delivery.

  • Items purchased in our Retail store can not be returned thru the mail unless otherwise approved by our store management.

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Defective Items:

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care at HELLO@JAYLASBOWTIQUE.COM within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

    • Holiday items are only Exchangeable prior or up until that holiday.
    • We will not allow Exchanges or Returns on Holiday items after that Holiday has passed.
    • Christening items are Final Sale

Return & Exchange Policy

We’re here to help you love your purchase — but if something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange.

All returns and exchanges must now be initiated via email.

Our online return portal has been discontinued.

To start a return or exchange:

Please email us at HELLO@JAYLASBOWTIQUE.COM within [30 days] of receiving your order.

Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.

The cost of the return label ($7.00) will be deducted from your refund total.

Refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of a Jayla’s Bowtique E-Gift Card, sent to the email associated with your order.

Important Notes:

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Shoe boxes must be shipped back inside an outer box. Any returns with shipping labels directly on the shoe box or with damaged packaging will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and processed (please allow up to 7 business days), you’ll receive your store credit via email.

Please Note:

We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.
 
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses this policy. 
 
Jayla's Bowtique does not do price adjustments.
