• Orders under $99.00 will ship for a Flat Rate of $6.95 by our choice of Carrier: USPS, UPS or Fed Ex.
• We also offer a Local "Pickup in Store" option too.  
• At this time, we only offer shipping with the USA.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdelivered packages.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase so returns & exchanged meeting the conditions below will be accepted.

• For a list of Eligible items please see our complete return/exchange policy at the bottom of our website.
• Eligible items can be returned within 30 days from of the date your order shipped for a Store Credit to be used on a future purchase in the form of a Jayla's Bowtique e-gift card. 
• Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered or defective merchandise purchased online and shipped to a US address.
• Please note that we cannot process direct exchanges for another size or item, however, we can offer you a store credit so you can purchase the size you want.
• Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care within 3 DAYS of delivery.
• Items purchased in our Retail store can not be returned thru the mail unless otherwise approved by our store management.
